Hello, and I’m really glad you’re here. Reaching out—whether out of curiosity, hope, or struggle—takes courage, and I don’t take that lightly.
My work is rooted in a genuine curiosity about how intimacy and connection shift over time. Relationships aren’t static; they evolve as we do just as in choreographing a dance. I’m endlessly fascinated by how we learn to show up for our partners, our families, our friends, and ourselves in new ways across different seasons of life. This isn’t just professional curiosity—it’s something I’ve lived and continue to explore in my own relationships, including my marriage and family.
I believe meaningful change happens when we slow down and explore the deeper layers of attachment, desire, and emotional connection. Whether we’re working individually or as a couple, our work is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in both lived experience and research-informed approaches. I draw from a wide range of modalities and stay deeply engaged with evolving research around relationships, intimacy, and sexuality.
My approach is experiential and holistic, integrating body, mind, and spirit. I love stories—how they shape us, protect us, and sometimes hold us back—and I’m genuinely interested in hearing yours. Together, we can explore where you’ve been, where you are now, and how you’d like your story to unfold.
I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward deeper connection, understanding, and intimacy.
Through a collaborative, deeply relational, and experiential approach - including intimacy - focused work and attachment-informed strategies, I guide individuals, couples, and families toward transformative healing that goes beyond words.
